Food Festival, Stratford upon Avon

The big event of the month is The Stratford Food Festival on September 14th and 15th.  The Free Food Festival in the centre of town is held alongside the paid entry event at the racecourse.  As well as the farmers’ market of local producers, there will be a high quality specialized food market, a live foodtheatre featuring the best of Stratford food and drink and, new for 2013, a livemusic stage to put the ‘festival’ element into the event.

At the racecourse venue will be yet more foodie delights including baking demonstrations on Sunday by Paul Hollywood, star of ‘The Great British Bake Off’. You can buy tickets online or at the gate.

Saturday 14th September: 10am – 7pm

Sunday 15th September: 10am – 5pm

We love Stratford Upon Avon

Well today looks a little promising as far as the weather goes.
Lots of things to do, Stratford town walk with some great guides who really know their stuff, the Shakespeare house’s, there are five to choose from.
You also have the Butterfly farm which is great and the Tudor museum which is really interesting.
Whatever you decide to do, enjoy.
